Mentorship & Training

A roadmap into IT and AI, written for your life.

You do not need a computer science degree. You do not need to be twenty-two. What you need is a plan built around the job you already have, the hours you actually get, and the years of experience nobody else is counting. Prices are below — all of them, in full.

Who this is for.

Professionals switching in

You have a career already — sales, finance, teaching, operations — and you can see where this is going. You want the shortest honest path from where you stand to paid work in IT or AI.

Experienced people restarting

You are past forty and every course you find seems written for someone half your age. You do not need a degree and you do not need to start over. You need a plan that respects what you already know.

Teams and communities

You are bringing a whole team onto AI tooling, or you run a university society, meetup, or incubator and want a working practitioner in the room instead of a slide deck about the future.

01

Individual

One-Hour Consultation

Most people don't need a six-month program to get unstuck. They need one hour with someone who will tell them the truth about where they are and what the next step actually is.

Format
Single 1-hour call · online
Duration
One session
Ideal for
Professionals who want a straight answer about where they stand and what to learn next — without committing to months of mentoring.

Investment

PKR 10,000

One-time, per session. Paid before the call. If you start mentorship within 30 days, this is credited against your first month.

Book a consultation

What you get

  • Sixty minutes on your actual situation — current role, background, constraints, what you have already tried
  • An honest read on where you realistically start: which skill, which tool, which first job title
  • A written summary sent within 48 hours, so you keep the plan and not just the memory of it
  • Two or three specific resources chosen for you — not a generic course list
  • A clear answer on whether ongoing mentorship would actually help you, including when it would not

02

Individual

1:1 Mentorship

A roadmap is only useful if it was written for your life — your job, your hours, your starting point. Mine are built one person at a time, and revised whenever reality disagrees with the plan.

Format
Weekly 1-hour class · online · one-to-one
Duration
Monthly, four sessions
Ideal for
Working professionals and experienced people restarting mid-career who want a roadmap into IT and AI built around the job they already have — not a generic syllabus.

Investment

PKR 20,000 / month

Four weekly 1-hour sessions per month. Month to month — no lock-in, cancel before the next cycle. Payment plans available on request.

What you get

  • A written roadmap built for your background, your hours, and your target role — reviewed and adjusted every month
  • Four 1-hour one-to-one sessions a month, same slot each week so it stays a habit
  • Work reviewed between sessions — code, automations, portfolio pieces, applications
  • Direct WhatsApp access for short questions between calls, answered within a working day
  • Recordings and notes for every session, kept in one place you can go back to
  • Honest checkpoints — if the plan is not working, we change it or I tell you to stop

03

Team

Team Training

Training one person changes one person's week. Training the team changes how the work gets done — which is the only thing anyone is actually paying for.

Format
Cohort program · on-site in Pakistan or remote
Duration
3–4 weeks
Ideal for
Companies putting a whole team — ops, marketing, support, or engineering — onto AI tooling at the same time, so the workflow actually changes.

Investment

PKR 300,000

Flat fee for up to 20 people, whole program. Larger groups and multi-team rollouts quoted separately. Travel outside Lahore billed at cost.

Request a proposal

What you get

  • Curriculum built against your team's real workflows after a scoping call — not an off-the-shelf deck
  • Three to four weeks of live sessions, hands-on exercises using your own tools and data
  • Every session recorded, plus written materials your team keeps and can onboard new hires with
  • Working artefacts by the end — automations and prompts your team built and can maintain
  • A closing readout for leadership: what changed, what to roll out next, what to stop doing
  • Thirty days of follow-up questions after the program ends

04

Community

Talks & Workshops

I speak the way I build: specific. Three things that work, three that don't, and how to tell which one you're looking at.

Format
Half-day or full-day · on-site or online
Duration
One event
Ideal for
Universities, meetups, incubators, and community groups that want a working practitioner in the room instead of a slide deck about the future.

Investment

PKR 30,000 half-day · PKR 60,000 full-day

All-inclusive: curriculum, slides, participant materials, Q&A, refreshments, and logistics. Travel outside Lahore billed at cost. Reduced and free slots available for student societies and non-profits — ask.

Invite a talk

What you get

  • Session designed for your specific audience — students, founders, and working professionals get different talks
  • Live demos of systems that actually run, not screenshots from someone else's deck
  • Hands-on segment where the room builds something small and working
  • Slides and participant materials shared afterwards, yours to reuse
  • Open Q&A with no time limit stated up front — we finish when the questions do
  • Refreshments and event logistics handled within the fee

What a roadmap looks like

Six months, one real person.

Thirty-eight, twelve years in textile export sales, no programming background, six hours a week after work. Details changed, shape kept. Yours will not look like this — that is rather the point.

  1. Weeks 1–4

Foundations, aimed at his own job

Python basics taught entirely through export-order spreadsheets he already handles daily. Nothing abstract, nothing he could not use that same week.

  2. Weeks 5–8

Automate the work he was already doing

Scripts that pull order data, clean it, and generate the weekly report he used to build by hand. First visible win — four hours a week back.

  3. Weeks 9–16

    AI agents on real workflows

An agent that drafts supplier follow-ups and flags delayed shipments. Built, broken, debugged, and rebuilt — which is the only way it sticks.

  4. Weeks 17–24

    Portfolio, positioning, first paid client

Three shipped systems written up properly, a profile that reads like an operator rather than a beginner, and outreach to firms in his own industry — where his twelve years are an advantage, not a gap.

What I don’t promise.

You have probably been promised some of these before. Here is where I am, plainly, so you can decide with the real terms in front of you.

  • A job guarantee. Nobody honest can give you one, and anybody offering one is selling something else.
  • Visa sponsorship, overseas placement, or introductions to employers abroad.
  • Coaching you through interviews for work you cannot actually do. It fails at the probation stage and costs you more than the interview.
  • Certificates that mean anything on their own. What you can build and show is the only credential that has ever mattered here.

Practical

The questions people actually ask.

Not sure which one?

Twenty minutes on a call, free, no pitch. Tell me where you are and I will tell you what I would do in your position — including when that means not paying me anything.
